Story Behind the Drawing

Dormice traditionally eat cheesecake at parties, though it is markedly different from the dessert you find at most stores and restaurants. Instead of sweet, creamy filling
baked in graham cracker crust and drizzled with raspberry sauce, their cheesecake consists of Swiss cheese baked in a salty cracker crust, topped with whipped goat cheese. On extra special occasions, they even sprinkle parmesan shavings on top.
