Ordering

I forgot to apply a discount code to my order. Can I still receive the discount?

Unfortunately, I am unable to apply discount codes or offer partial refunds after your order has been placed due to card processing limitations. I'm so sorry -- I know it can be frustrating!

If you forgot to use your 15% your first order code, save it for your next order. It should still work!

My order is a gift. Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes, you can add a gift message on the Cart page under the heading "Order Note."

Do you offer a bulk discount for large orders?

If you are a company or individual who plans to order 50+ units of a specific item, please contact me to inquire about a bulk discount.

Shipping

All orders ship via USPS or UPS.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please allow 3-7 days to receive your order once it has shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the size of the package and its destination. Shipping for orders within the U.S. ranges from $5 to $10 on average. Please note that shipping is charged at cost, and shipping rates are largely out of my control.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do ship internationally. International shipping ranges from $15 to $30 on average. International customers may be responsible for customs fees and/or import duties. Please note that shipping is charged at cost, and shipping rates are largely out of my control.

My order was marked as "delivered," but I have not received it.

If this happens, follow these steps:

  • Check with your neighbors first. It is very possible the package was delivered next door by accident.
  • Wait to see if the package is delivered the next day. Occasionally, the post office will mark a package as delivered prior to it actually being delivered.
  • Contact Mackenzie. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact me.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless your items arrive damaged.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package. I am happy to help!

Custom Drawings and Original Works

Do you accept commissions for custom art?

At this time, I am not accepting personal commissions.

If you are a business or company looking for artwork for professional use, please contact me to discuss your project.

Do you sell your original drawings?

At this time, all original drawings are locked away in my super secret drawing vault, which is guarded by two very astute flycatcher birds. Please check back later.

Art, Stories, and Creative Process

Is your artwork intended for coloring?

My pen and ink drawings are completed works of art and are not intended for coloring.

Do you write the stories for each drawing?

Yes. I write all of the stories for my drawings, and each story is completely original.
