Story Behind the Drawing

Victorian Decomposition is the first collage in my architecture series — drawings inspired by the relationship between nature and houses. Each drawing features an invasive plant weaving through the architectural elements, showing the way that nature eventually becomes intertwined with buildings. In this piece, Bishop’s Weed weaves around corbels and other Victorian details.
