Story Behind the Drawing

Inspired by birdhouses, The Moth House is a quiet temple for silk moths. The moths add silk to the spool of thread each day, fluttering around the moonflowers that open at night (having been attracted to the house by the ever-lit candles). The design of the home is inspired by Chinese lanterns and pagoda architecture.
