When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Please allow 5-7 days to receive your order once it has shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated by the weight and destination of the package. For domestic packages, shipping ranges from $5-$15. For international packages, shipping typically ranges from $15-$30.
Why was the shipping cost so high on my order?
The cost of shipping continues to increase every year, which means it's out of my control. All shipping is charged at cost, and I do my best to ship your order via the most economical option possible. Most packages cost around $8.00+ to ship, even small parcels going to nearby areas. (Essentially, shipping costs more than it might seem on the surface!)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please contact me if your country is not listed at checkout. Customers may be responsible for customs fees and/or import taxes.
Can I send an order as a gift to someone else?
Absolutely! To include a note with your order, click on your cart. At the bottom of the cart page, there should be a button that says "Add instructions for seller." Type your message here. Also, make sure to put the other person’s address in the “Shipping Address” section during checkout.
Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
I take great care to ensure that your package arrives safely and in tip-top shape. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless items in your order arrive damaged. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package.
I forgot to use my discount code when checking out. Can I still receive the discount?
Unfortunately, I am unable to apply discount codes retroactively to your order due to credit card processing limitations. P.S. If you forgot to use your 15% off your first order code, you should be able to use it on your next order!
Do you accept commissions?
At this time, I am not accepting commissions for personal use. If you are a business or company looking for custom artwork for professional use, please email me to discuss your project.
Do you sell your original works?
At this time, all original works are locked in my super secret drawing vault, which is guarded by two very astute flycatcher birds. If and when originals are sold, they will be sold through galleries.
I subscribed to your email newsletter, but never received any emails. What do I do?
Make sure to confirm your subscription, otherwise you won't be added to the list for security reasons. If you did confirm your subscription, check your junk folder to see if any emails have ended up there. If you've done both of these things and still haven't received an email, please contact me. I'll be happy to add you to the list.
Is your artwork intended for coloring?
My pen and ink drawings are completed works of art and are not intended to be colored.
Will you ever do anything in color?
For now, it's just pen and ink my friends! :-)
Do you write the stories for your drawings?
Yes! I write original stories for each of my drawings.
I want to purchase multiple [cards, prints, towels, etc]. Is there a discount for purchasing multiple items?
The prices listed on my website are the prices for everyone. Every item is carefully priced to account for the artwork, the materials, and paying print companies (and Mackenzie!). Occasionally, I do offer promotions and sales through my online shop, which will be advertised via email and my social media pages. (The mice who help run my website want to remind you that Mackenzie Myrick Studio is a stationery and gift company, not a flea market! ;-)).
Where do you get your products manufactured?
As a rule, I don't usually share this information. Not only do I illustrate and design all of my products myself, I also source the components of each product myself, too. This adds up to many (many!) hours of research to create products you love. The specific way I create my products also makes them what they are; that is, my manufacturers are proprietary to my business. Mackenzie Myrick Studio is my livelihood, and to protect my unique business, I do not give out this information.
